The Eagles Community is a premier, deed-restricted neighborhood located in the heart of Hillsborough County, Florida. Our community spans over 1,000 acres of lush landscapes, featuring two 18-hole championship golf courses, beautiful conservation areas, and an array of luxurious amenities. A Rich Tradition of Excellence
The Eagles is a large, deed restricted golf community with private roads, located in Hillsborough County, Florida, consisting of a large number of single family free-standing homes together with a smaller number of townhomes, arranged along two 18 hole golf courses. The Eagles has two entrances, each of which is staffed twenty-four hours per day, 365 days per year. Additionally, a roving patrol car covers the property seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
1245 homes have been built to date, with approximately 75 more anticipated before the development is complete. Home values within The Eagles range from approximately $400,000 (for smaller town homes) to over $1,000,000 for single family homes. Property values have increased dramatically since inception and continue to appreciate. Reclaimed water is available to most homes in the Eagles, reducing the cost of lawn irrigation dramatically.

The Eagles Golf Club, www.eaglesgolf.com, a separately owned commercial enterprise within the Eagles Community, boasts a long and proud tradition as the standard of excellence for public access golf in the Tampa market. The club offers two distinctly different 18 hole challenges on the Lakes and Forest courses as well as a centrally located clubhouse with restaurant and bar.
The Eagles Master Association operates the Eagles Community Park in the center of the Eagles. The park, located adjacent to the Eagles Clubhouse, includes various amenities: full size basketball court (with added pickleball capability), tennis courts, shade-covered play set and swing sets, as well as a bathroom-equipped pavilion. The park is available to all Eagles residents and golf course members.
Eagles’ homeowners and golfers enjoy the tranquility of the conservation areas, many ponds and lakes, golf course views and abundant wildlife with easy commute to Tampa International Airport, Downtown Tampa, and the Beaches.
