Windsor Park is the first Village one passes upon entering the Main Gate of The Eagles. Featuring the southernmost homes inside The Eagles, the last of its 132 houses was completed in December, 2003. Many homes abut Eastbourn Drive Pond, the Village focal point, and have golf course views including, the signature hole of The Eagles. The Village was turned over to the homeowners by the Developer in July 2000.

WINDSOR PARK'S LEGAL NAME IS: WINDSOR PARK AT THE EAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

The Village operates on a calendar year and Assessments to the Village are due semi-annually on January 1st and July 1st.
