St. Andrews is located along the eastern perimeter of the planned development and is the second largest Village in The Eagles. The Association was turned over in January 2003 and was fully developed during 2004. St. Andrews is comprised of a total of 269 homes. It has two entrances, five feature entry walls, two common area tracts and spans over two miles alongside the Lakes Golf Course. This community has two interior ponds which are included in the 12 ponds they maintain.


St. Andrews operates on a calendar year and assessments are paid twice per annum (February 1st & May 1st) The Annual Meeting is held in January each year.
