Augusta (Nine Eagles – Unit One) is the newest Village in The Eagles Development. Located on the north and northwest corner of the property, Augusta is scheduled for a build-out of approximately 160 homes. Because they are so new, the homes in Augusta are among the most technologically and architecturally advanced in The Eagles. The Association is still under developer control. The association operates on a calendar year and Annual Assessments are due January 1st.
